The Grammy Award-winning band Train will perform their theme song for the season 12 finale of “The Biggest Loser” called “Brand New Book”. It was announced that during this episode a surprising new twist for the next season will be revealed. Train is best known for their smash hit “Hey Soul Sister”. Train wrote “Brand New Book” specifically for the show and a section of the song is played each week during the opening credits of season 12. “The Biggest Loser” is a production of Revielle, 25/7 Productions, 3 ball Productions and executive producers include Ben Silverman, Dave Broome, JD Roth, Todd A. Nelson, and Todd Lubin.
The highly anticipates finale will feature a new format for eliminating contestants and will also include a sneak peek of season 13 which will air January 3rd. Once the winning contestants transformations are revealed the “at home” winner will be awarded $100,000. Then the moment fans have been waiting for all season will happen: the “Biggest Loser” will be announced and they will receive the coveted grand prize of $250,000.
